The Bowery Gallery is incorporated as a non-profit organization of representational and non-representational artists, and is one of the cities oldest independent galleries. The member-run gallery has been in continuous operation since its inception in October 31, 1969. Temma Bell has herself, been a member of the Gallery for over 3 decades.
